The location close to the airport and the modern facilities of this hotel made our stay convenient and comfortable. The buffet dinner had a great variety of dishes and the breakfast was delicious. The room and sitting area were spacious and fresh looking. The hotel staff, especially our housekeepers Ankush and Rajindra, were extremely kind and helpful. The reception staff and the manager of the 3rd floor, Tarun, were also very friendly.

Some services, such as car wiping, had unnecessary charges attached to them. There was also a delay in receiving the bill with the correct GST number, even though it was requested at the time of check-out.
