The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. From providing special dietary accommodations to treating us with champagne in the room, they really made us feel special. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, with everything important within walking distance and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the spacious rooms, especially the one we stayed in with morning sun streaming through the windows.

The breakfast system left a lot to be desired. It was not a buffet and we had to pay extra for anything we wanted to order beyond the limited items served.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and all the main attractions. We were able to walk to the central area and the Duomo cathedral in just 10 minutes, or take a 5-minute subway ride. The hotel itself had an old charm but everything inside was modern and functional. The staff was exceptionally good, with a young but experienced team that was very well trained with Sheraton/Marriot standards. They were always polite and helpful, making our stay here even more enjoyable.
