The location was perfect, being near the main shopping area and offering easy access to explore the city.

Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about

The hotel had an impressive and luxurious ambiance, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I stepped inside. The room was fantastic, with comfy beds and a modern shower that made me feel relaxed after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options and local favorites.

The room had a damp smell, and the lack of proper ventilation seemed to be a hotel-wide issue. The bed was not up to par with the quality I've experienced in other 5-star hotels.

Helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable room with access to a nice sauna/hammam. Breakfast buffet offers delicious variety. If you need a SIM card, the staff is happy to assist. a great experience with excellent service.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxury needs with its exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre and sauna were extremely relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool, with a view of the city skyline, was a great spot to soak up some sun. The nightly entertainment at the night club was fun.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing in terms of its special diet menus. There was also a lack of vegetarian options available.

During my Easter break, I had a great hotel experience with wonderful complementary treats. I particularly liked the welcome cookies and pastries given upon arrival. The hotel's strategic location allowed me to easily access key attractions, and I enjoyed the fantastic views from my room.

I must admit the design of the suitcase stand was inconvenient and not suitable for tall people. It was difficult to take my clothes out without hitting my head on the rafter.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were always kept clean by the daily housekeeping service.
