Upgraded room with stunning views. Polite staff, especially the lady from hospitality who brings sweets daily. Loved the Himachal Thali and Maggi from in-room dining. Convenient location near the Mall and bus station. Spotless and comfortable rooms.

The room interiors at Welcomheritage Elysium Resort & Spa were beautifully designed and up to the mark. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, although the price was a bit on the high side.

One particular incident stood out during our stay. We encountered some issues with the food service, as breakfast was served cold and there were several delays in receiving our dinner order.

During Christmas, we visited a hotel that was clean and tidy. the breakfast spread was good, and there were complementary desserts in the evening. the staff were friendly and helped whenever required.

The location was far from the main market, and the approach road to the hotel wasn't great. We had to spend a lot on travel as we had to take a car to get around.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the exclusive amenities made me feel pampered. the Spa Centre was divine with professional services. the in-house Restaurant served delicious and diverse cuisine. Staff members were attentive to all my needs and provided outstanding service.

The location was a bit remote, it is few minutes drive from the central area. Despite this minor detail, the hotel offered packed lunches and reliable taxi service.

I had a wonderful stay in a peaceful area, very close to the bus station. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, offering personalized attention. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the open restaurant was breathtaking. However, the hotel was a bit far from the main market, making it slightly inconvenient for shopping.
