Lovely pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing. Spacious double room with clean bathroom and hot shower. Delicious, freshly cooked food with a bit of a wait. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Great place to end our trip to Sri Lanka.

We used this lovely hotel as a base camp for three weeks of exploring the island. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The clean pool and beautiful, well-maintained garden were perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan specialties. Our spacious room had good storage and a fridge, a big advantage. The host was incredibly accommodating, even organizing a late-night taxi for our airport transfer.

Karl Holiday Bungalow was great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect, away from the noisy village. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at a holiday bungalow in a peaceful and friendly location. the hotel area was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fridges, air conditioning, and water heaters that surprisingly increased the water pressure in the shower. the staff were very friendly and the swimming pool was clean. We also enjoyed the nice surroundings, which resembled a small village with fewer tourists. We were impressed by the absence of beach boys and the efforts of a few local fishermen to keep the public beach clean. the food quality and prices were excellent, and there were even kitchens available if we wanted to cook. Special thanks to Dil, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. This place definitely exceeded our expectations, and we won't need to look for any other locations in Sri Lanka because we've found the perfect one.

It may not be in the most touristy spot, but it is right in front of the beach, perfect for walks and enjoying the sunset. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious with good storage facilities, and some even have fridges and access to a kitchen. The Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner options are delicious.

The beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming, so if you're looking for water activities, you may need to go elsewhere.
