The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a great addition to the stay. The hotel's location near popular tourist destinations made it easy to explore the area. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze.

The hotel does show signs of wear and tear. Some parts of the hotel were not cleaned to a high standard and the swimming pool area was in need of attention.

Our recent stay at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels was a pleasant experience. The hotel is part of the excellent ITC group, ensuring a well-run establishment with helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the kebab restaurant, led by top chef Bobby, served us the best Indian meal we've ever had. The hotel's free shuttle service to the Golden Temple was a convenient bonus.

The breakfast spread was varied and enjoyable, alleviating the monotony of daily hotel meals. The Yakhani pulao upstairs was a standout dish worth trying. The property exudes a luxurious and regal ambiance, with hospitable staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room shower was powerful and well-placed, providing a pleasurable bathing experience. The hotel's attention to hygiene was commendable, and the breakfast setup effectively managed the morning rush crowd.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfill all your needs. The Spa and wellness center provides excellent services with a wide range of massages, facials and other beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area give you a tranquil and peaceful ambience. The in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar services were excellent. The room advantages were exclusive with a comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows and modern décor.

The only minor issue was that the services were a bit slow. It took me some time to check-in and the room service was not as fast as expected.

The hotel's location near the airport was perfect for our early morning flight. It was a quick and convenient drive, allowing us to avoid the hassle of city traffic. The hotel's spa facilities were top-notch, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience equivalent to any luxury spa in the market. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major attractions in the area made sightseeing a breeze. We could easily visit all the famous sites without spending too much time in transit.

The quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant was extremely disappointing. The dishes were not prepared fresh, resulting in overcooked and inedible meat.
