We had a fantastic stay at Sofitel. When we arrived, the pool was being renovated, but the staff quickly arranged transportation to a sister hotel with a pool for us. They even gave us free access to the Executive Lounge, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks and finger food throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend Sofitel and will definitely stay at another Accor Hotel in the future. a wonderful hotel experience.

Great value for the money, with a spacious and well-maintained room. The location was convenient and the staff at the hotel, especially Ms. Trang and her team, were exceptional in providing attentive and welcoming service throughout our stay.

I had a fabulous stay at a wonderful hotel! The service at Sofitel was top-notch and exceeded all my expectations. The staff on the club floor went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel's complimentary shuttle to the Bhan Tan market was very convenient, and I loved the stunning display of orchids throughout the hotel. The boudoir lounge offered delicious drinks and even hosted a swing dancing event. The rooftop pool was a tranquil oasis with breathtaking views of the city.

The hotel had modern amenities and clean facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room provided a quiet and spacious retreat from the busy streets. The staff, particularly the assistant front manager Mr Eban, were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues. The hotel provided first-class services and I would definitely return.

Felt welcome, no reason to complain.

De locatie van het hotel was erg handig, vlakbij het centrum maar toch in een rustige woonwijk. De supermarkt was natuurlijk dichtbij, wat erg handig was. De kamer zelf was heel basic, maar wel schoon en netjes. Het bed was comfortabel en er waren voldoende handdoeken in de badkamer.

Helaas was er geen privacy in de kamer, omdat er geen juiste raambekleding was. Dit was erg vervelend, vooral 's avonds wanneer het raam dicht moest blijven.

The staff exceeded our expectations and created a peaceful retreat away from the city. The food was exceptional, especially the vanilla bean desserts. The club lounge was a great perk and made traveling with young children easy. The comfortable rooms provided excellent value for money and the hotel's design, particularly the stunning lobby, added to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist sites, making it easy to explore the city. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of tours and travel services, including a private full-day tour to the Mekong Delta, which was a delightful and enjoyable experience.

There were some negative aspects during our romantic escape. the breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety.

During my recent stay at Sofitel, I was impressed by the consistent Sofitel experience that I have come to expect worldwide. The friendly staff, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and excellent service made my visit truly enjoyable. The highlight was the 18th-floor pool and bar with breathtaking city views. The charm of Vietnam added an extra touch to my amazing hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the staff members were welcoming and always ready to help. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

There were some issues with the room that affected my overall experience. the light switches were inconveniently located on one side of the bed and did not control all the lights in the room.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel that's centrally located and within walking distance of several sights. It was just a short cab ride from the airport, and the hotel is situated on the main boulevard of District 1. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff was impeccable. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with options to suit every palate.
