Loved the clean rooms, bedsheets, and washroom. Excellent food and overall hygiene. Engaging staff, especially in the restaurant. Indian chef was amazing with recommendations and dietary restrictions. Great location, ambience, and lobby. Nice view.

The hygienic conditions were up to standard and the location was very convenient. The lobby had a nice and welcoming atmosphere that created a relaxed feel for all the guests. It was also great that the hotel provided breakfast service which was exceptional and of high quality.

The hotel failed on several levels which affected my city trip experience. The staff was not well trained and disorganized leading to poor services and delivery.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were beyond my expectations. The staff in the restaurant was very sweet and attentive, making our meals even more enjoyable. The private facilities were also impressive and added extra comfort to our stay. Furthermore, the location advantages were great, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

We experienced a minor issue during our stay: the service at the spa & wellness centre was a bit slow. However, this did not diminish the overall enjoyment of our stay.
