While the hotel had friendly staff, there were some language barriers that could be improved for more seamless interactions. a pre-ordered taxi was not available upon arrival at the airport, resulting in a 30-minute wait and potentially exposing guests to dodgy taxi drivers.

As adults, we loved the courteous staff who went out of their way to assist us. The housekeeping manager ensured that our room was always clean and refreshed. Each day, it felt like we were entering a brand new room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to attractions and facilities. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a professional and pleasant experience.

Staying here was a great experience! The location is central and I could easily reach the city center in just 10-15 minutes. The staff was fantastic with excellent room service, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. The room was very comfortable with all amenities including tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The sauna and massage facilities were great for relaxation after a day of hiking or cycling. this place has everything one needs for a perfect vacation.

Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
