The staff at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels, Tavleen, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay with our 1-year-old baby boy so comfortable. They even had special baby food options that were delicious. The property itself is beautiful, with cute play areas for kids. The food was also good, with a variety of options available.

The food prices were quite high, with an additional 18% GST, making it expensive. Additionally, some staff members in the restaurant were unprofessional and the food quality was not consistently great.

The location of the property was amazing, giving beautiful views from the restaurant terrace. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the cleanliness of the hotel was up to expectations and the food was generally good. the availability of a yoga center was a unique and peaceful advantage.

The food rates were very high considering the 18% GST and the value for money was not fully derived. There were also some areas for improvement, including the understaffing of the hotel which meant long wait times for basic things.

The location and views were stunning, with plenty of options for outdoor activities and a great play area for kids. The food was well cooked and not too spicy, and there were interesting exploration options and trails. The meditation room was a peaceful retreat, and the independent cottages were impressive. It was also pet-friendly.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond our expectations. the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and fulfilled all our needs. the spa and wellness centre offered a variety of treatments and the sauna was a perfect place to unwind. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the beautiful garden area.

Although we had a wonderful experience, the only minor issue we encountered was slow service at times. the exceptional staff made up for it with their hospitality and attentiveness.
