Helpful staff, clean room, and great location

The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and kind, making the stay comfortable, while the room was very clean with good storage areas in the bathroom. the location was excellent, close to Varkala cliff, beach access, and many restaurants with tasty food and good views. Improvement could be made with additional facilities such as offering credit card payment options and providing a TV in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at White House Residency. the room was immaculate, with good storage in the bathroom, and a nice little porch. the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing extra towels when needed and offering free room cleaning upon request. the location was ideal, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants with tasty food and great views. a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation at a reasonable price.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was spacious, clean, and felt very new. the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, assisting us with transportation and other needs. the location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment spots. the room had plenty of light and sockets, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped bathroom. the cleanliness was impeccable, with extra towels provided upon request. the little porch/balcony was a nice touch, and the WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. a great experience that exceeded my expectations!

While staying at this hotel, I noticed that the pricing was slightly higher compared to other accommodations with beach views. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider adjusting their rates to be more competitive in the area.

I've stayed at White House Residency for six nights during my travels in India. The room was spacious, clean, and felt like a small home. The bathroom was also new and had good lighting and a strong shower. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, assisting us with transportation and tickets. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and offers great value for the size of the rooms. Plus, no mosquitos in the rooms! a clean and neat place that I would definitely return to.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The host was super cool, free room cleaning if you asked, and the spot was always pristine and new. Walking distance to the beach and cute eateries made it real nice to chill. Being a night owl, a tea/coffee set in the room would've been awesome, but nothing major, just a little thing to point out. Overall vibe here was pretty solid :).

Great value for money, spacious and clean room, excellent location near the beach, and super welcoming staff. Cons: Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
