I had an excellent stay at Fern Residency in Aurangabad. The location is convenient, near the bustling Connaught Place. Despite not having a scenic view, it was close to the airport and had a great wine shop next door. The room was comfortable and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff, from the security to the manager, including Mr. Ritesh Gupta, were all courteous and attentive. The breakfast, though lacking in variation, was satisfactory. The coffee brewed at the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The room was very disappointing. the furniture and fixtures were old, worn and broken.

The bed housekeeping was excellent, and the room we stayed in was already occupied by a few ladies with two extra beds. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well-maintained.
