My stay at Sonne in Zermatt was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special. From the friendly welcome at the train station to the attentive service throughout my stay, the staff truly made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main street. The hotel itself had a charming Swiss chalet exterior with a modern touch. The bar and outdoor area were chic and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The room had a cozy wooden interior, and everything was kept immaculately clean. I had a lovely experience and would highly recommend Sonne to my friends.

Although away from the town center, the hotel is not far from the main train station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious balconies offering a lovely space to unwind. The service is excellent, with friendly staff always willing to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The pool area was nice and relaxing with good service from the staff. the view from the balcony was pretty good and the room was spacious enough.

The hotel is quite far from the center of town, which made it difficult to explore the area. the walk was long and uphill, so we ended up taking taxis which added up quickly.
