We loved the beautiful colonial decor and quaint atmosphere of this small boutique hotel. The rooms were quiet and overlook a lovely pool area. The bed and bathroom were stylish and comfortable. The staff were amazing and always had a smile on their faces. The location was convenient, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

This hotel is a hidden gem, with an amazing location. It's right on the strip, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms are comfortable with ice cold air conditioning. Plus, having breakfast included is a bonus!

Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which could be challenging when requesting assistance.

During our stay at Akaya Bali, we were impressed by the excellent and fast wifi/internet connection, especially since I had to work remotely. The hotel also had a water dispenser, which was convenient for constantly refilling our bottles. The location was great, with easy access to a 24-hour shop and various amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee shop served fantastic lunches. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with our luggage and providing a quiet room for work.

While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small and cramped. Additionally, there were some minor inconveniences such as difficulty in closing the room doors without making noise and a lack of information about safety procedures following an earthquake.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean room with a beautiful bathroom. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, as it was close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

The doors in the hotel were difficult to close without making a loud noise, which caused a disturbance for other guests.
