The location was perfect, situated right in front of the sea and between the vibrant activities on the Island of Mombasa and the pleasures that the Mainland Nyali has to offer. The hotel provided everything I needed, with excellent services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. I especially loved the spacious rooms with their modern amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and I enjoyed relaxing there with a cup of coffee or a drink from the bar. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering delicious meals and a lively atmosphere with live entertainment.

The hotel complex was massive and provided a custom feel around the chosen suite. It had great staff who provided a big late checkout, making the stay even more enjoyable. The views of the surroundings were amazing, providing a serene environment.

There was nobody available to help with the luggage upon arrival, and there were issues with water pressure in the showers. On the last day, there was no water whatsoever in the washrooms, and there was an unresponsive attitude from the staff towards this issue.

We had a fantastic stay at Tamarind Village! The apartment was clean and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and stunning views. The staff, especially Esther and Alex, were incredibly kind and helpful. We followed Esther's recommendations for exploring the city and had a great time. The Tamarind Restaurant and Dawa Lounge were excellent, and we highly recommend dining there. a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated between the lively activities of Mombasa Island and the relaxing pleasures of mainland Nyali. You can easily explore the bustling markets and historical sites on the island, or head to Nyali for a peaceful beach getaway. Plus, there's a major grocery store with a coffee shop nearby, making it convenient to stock up on essentials and enjoy a morning cup of joe.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved with brighter floor lamps for reading.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay here! The independence of being able to make our own drinks and snacks in the spacious apartment was mind-blowing. And let's talk about the huge terrace - it was jaw-dropping! We loved the casino at the hotel, with its friendly and helpful staff providing a super fun atmosphere. The breakfast was simply awesome, and the fact that the swimming pool had a direct ocean view made it even more spectacular. Not to mention, the apartment was way larger than expected, with a practical kitchen and all the basic equipment and kitchenware needed. The breathtaking view from the living room was a daily treat, especially during sunset. Housekeeping did an amazing job, cleaning the apartment every day and providing complementary water. The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The Tamarind Restaurant, which felt like a 5-star dining experience, had excellent food and service, and the live band and music made it an unforgettable experience. We even extended our stay because we found our "home away from home" here. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was exactly what we needed, while still being close enough to venture out for some action. our experience at this hotel was simply superb and we can't wait to come back!
