We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the beach in this beautiful city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything in perfect shape since it is new. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile and being very friendly. The daily breakfast was exceptional, possibly the best we've had on any holiday. Moreover, the hotel provided transportation to explore the area, and we found it very convenient. We also loved the fact that there were multiple internal restaurants to choose from, and the food in all of them was amazing. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience for us.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel located in a quiet area, just steps away from the sea. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to enjoy the stunning sunrise views. The hotel offers a variety of internal restaurants, all of which serve delicious food. My room was spacious and well-designed, with high-quality appliances. The bathroom was luxurious and impeccably clean. The staff provided excellent service and greeted me warmly throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection of small dishes to choose from.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, some areas still need improvement.

Lovely green compound with traditional buildings. Magical after dark. Great staff and amenities, including bikes and beach promenade. Sea view from pool area and beach restaurant. Adult pool in shade. Good accessibility.

We spent Easter at a brand new hotel that had a fresh design inspired by traditional Balinese villages. the staff was friendly and greeted all guests they passed by. the hotel had lots of instagrammable spots.

Although the hotel had a nice concept of an extensive breakfast menu of small dishes, staff often forgot parts of our orders. there were some issues that needed quick fixing such as room cleaning time, the responsiveness of the guest service, and disconnection between front office and restaurants.

The rooms at Andaz were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and authentic Balinese decorations. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even arranging a birthday cake on short notice. The hotel's design was inspired by traditional Balinese villages, creating a unique and beautiful atmosphere. We also loved the proximity to the beach and being able to take leisurely walks along the shore.

The music at the pool sometimes became too loud and didn't match the ambience of the moment. Additionally, there were a few instances of slow service during breakfast and room cleaning, which could be improved.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities in my room were outstanding, and my needs were always fulfilled by the helpful staff. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool were just as lavish as expected, and the sun terrace and sun loungers proved to be perfect places to unwind. the garden area surrounding this venue was stunning and made for a peaceful walk.

The only negative aspect was the restaurant's food, which lacked taste. the special diet menus were accommodating, and the in-room breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of original dishes.
