The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face and ready to assist. the cleaning was done very well and on a daily basis, without needing to request it. the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, mini marts, and ATM. This made it convenient to explore and access everything I needed. the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable, which was a relief when I needed to get work done or search for nearby attractions.

One aspect I didn't like was the lack of blackout curtains in the room, as it allowed too much sunlight to enter early in the morning. Additionally, the vertical shades did not close properly and were too light, causing me to wake up early due to the sunlight.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was unbeatable, with affordable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The location on the beach at Luthu's cafe was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful shoreline. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Fresh towels were provided daily, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom on the second level. Breakfast was included, although not provided at the hotel itself, but the voucher allowed me to enjoy a delicious meal at a waterfront café.

Everything was ok, no issues at all.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel located at the northern end of Sanur, just a short 200 meters from the beach. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that every need was met. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a big bathroom that was thoroughly cleaned daily with fresh towels. Additionally, the hotel included breakfast by way of a voucher at a waterfront cafe, offering a delightful start to each day.

All was superb during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location, being just a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was fantastic with a variety of options to choose from. Another great aspect was the pool area, with plenty of chairs available to lounge in the sun or shade.

Although the room was spacious and clean, there were a few issues that could have been improved upon. the bathroom had a sewage smell which was unpleasant, and the lack of shampoo and conditioner was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. The location is ideal, as it is situated between the main street of Sanur and the beach, allowing for easy access to shops, restaurants, and the seaside. The spacious rooms overlooking the pool area at the backend of the property are well-appointed, bright, and free from any musty odors. They offer all the basic amenities, including a flat-screen TV with a variety of channels, air conditioning, and a fan. The beds are comfortable, and the large showers provide an abundance of hot water.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
