We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Special thanks to Yoan in the restaurant and Tommy and Michelle at the front desk for helping us out with any issues we had. Our room had a stunning sea view and we were lucky enough to enjoy beautiful sunset views every evening. The room itself was comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge and a safe. It was also impeccably clean, with no mosquitos in sight.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right by the beach with stalls selling fresh fish in the evenings.

The Aston Kupang Hotel & Convention Center exceeded our expectations as a family with 2 small kids. The free return airport service made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the health and safety protocols were diligently followed. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities including the gym and pool were well-maintained. we had a great experience and felt well taken care of during our stay.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were outstanding. Although there were a few minor issues with room requests and limited amenities, I would still recommend this hotel overall.
