Lovely gardens, spacious bathroom, quick and quiet air con. Non-smoking, large room with desk, chairs, and luggage stand. Large, firm bed. Complimentary water. Tiled floor. Good distance to airport and town. Helpful staff. Wifi available. Omelette, bread, fresh fruit, tea, and Indonesian breakfast options in buffet. Appetizing looking menu.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the breakfast buffet at Arsela was delicious with plenty of Indonesian options. the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. the hot showers and comfy beds made our stay even more enjoyable. the AC worked perfectly and the outdoor garden was beautiful. There were also plenty of food stalls nearby for authentic Indonesian cuisine. a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Arsela Hotel! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and restaurant staff at Quizas. the hotel had a charming blend of local decor and international hospitality. the garden and lovely little fountain added to the overall charm. the room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel offered a reliable and enjoyable Wi-Fi service. the location was perfect for starting an Orang Utan Houseboat tour and there were convenient amenities nearby such as an ATM, convenience store, and pharmacy.
