The location was perfect, situated in the outskirts of a bustling city and right next to a busy toll road. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff attending to my needs. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with a separate living area that gave it a homely feel. The amenities provided, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a range of facilities such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and restaurant, which further enhanced my experience.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Aston. The interior design of the hotel is modern and comfortable, creating a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast selection was vast and delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. Despite a few minor issues with room management, such as delays in receiving the Junior Suite, I still enjoyed my time at the hotel. I would definitely recommend Aston for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the business district and is just a short drive away from the airport. There is a small shopping mall nearby with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and quality bed sheets. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, as mentioned by Ms. io Sarmiento. They go above and beyond to assist guests, even in unusual situations like retrieving a misplaced phone.

The room service and housekeeping need improvement to meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

We loved the interactive TV and the strong wifi connections at Aston. The service staff were friendly and the lounge area served delicious nasi goreng ikan asin. The hotel also had a karaoke room and a casino, perfect for those who enjoy entertainment. The fitness center was well-equipped and the new GM, Pak Aulia, emphasized service and room quality. our stay was enjoyable and the staff catered to our needs.

We felt cared for and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

The Christmas decorations are beautifully done and the cookies given as a gift were a nice touch. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a nice variety of dishes to choose from.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was really disappointing. The shower had mold and the tiles were stained.
