Just had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the far south Coast of NSW! the room was sparkling clean and recently renovated, showcasing a high standard of housekeeping. the clever layout maximized the space efficiently, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional bathroom. the amenities like a microwave, fridge, and dining table made it a cozy home away from home. the staff made check-in and check-out a breeze, and the addition of TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video was a nice touch. It's a perfect spot for a short stay!

One area that could be improved is providing more storage options in the rooms. A wardrobe or extra hangers would be greatly appreciated by guests.

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. I felt as snug as a bug in a rug in that king bed, like I was floating on a marshmallow! No tossing and turning, just sweet dreams all night long.

Thin walls; sounds travel.

The motel is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, close to a supermarket and very close to the city center, shops, and cafes. The bathroom in the roundhouse is fairly new and fresh, and some garden planting is happening on the property. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with an excellent TV and movie selection.

There was a guest from another room causing disturbances in the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Value for money was excellent, the room was like a brand new motel suite with all the necessary amenities and everything sparkled. The location was very convenient, allowing us to easily walk into town for dinner and drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, even going the extra mile by allowing us to use their commercial dryer when the one in the laundry wasn't working. The retro green bathroom added a fun and funky touch to our stay.

Breakfast items could have been improved with more options and variety.

During our stay at the Bega Motel, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were chatty and made us feel right at home. The bathroom in our room was newly renovated and clean, providing a fresh and comfortable experience. We also noticed that the property was undergoing an upgrade program, which showed their commitment to improvement. Additionally, there were efforts to enhance the garden with new plantings, which made a positive first impression.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. the renovated rooms are nicely presented and comfortable, with modern amenities such as smart TVs.

Poor maintenance and cleaning of the bathrooms, with mould on the ceilings and walls, and musty drain smell in the rooms. the blinds let in too much light and the toilets need better flushing systems.

The newly renovated room had a comfortable queen size bed with a soft mattress topper and lots of pillows. The room also had a single bed, a large LCD Smart TV with Netflix , and a small kitchenette with essential appliances and utensils. The bathroom was new and had a good shower, along with provided soap, shampoo, and towels. The motel also provided parking right at the door and had outdoor chairs to relax in. It was a short drive of about 900m to downtown, making it convenient for business travelers.

Nothing all good.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, being high on the hill and close to shops and cafes. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. Lastly, the rooms were small but very clean and updated, with a kitchenette that had much bigger kitchen facilities than I expected. The breakfast, especially the eggs, were delicious.

Everything was satisfactory.
