The location was a key feature, situated right on the beach. the pool area was clean, inviting, and spacious with enough seating for all guests. the hotel offered some complementary services which were a lovely touch, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The check-in and check-out process was slow and disorganized. The slow process was a negative first impression and something that management needs to address to improve the overall experience.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled many of my needs. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and the pool with a view made for a picturesque backdrop. the spa centre was also remarkable, offering a phenomenal, relaxing time.

As a solo traveler, I was impressed by the range of facilities and activities available. The property's proximity to the beach was a major plus. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The pool and gardens were beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location also allowed for easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants, perfect for exploring and trying out different dining options. it was a top-notch experience for a solo beach holiday.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency in Bali and it was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with comfy beds and a luxurious bathroom. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to other restaurants and bars. The staff treated me like royalty, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The beachfront restaurant at the hotel is simply amazing. You can enjoy your meals with a stunning view of the beach and feel the gentle breeze on your face. And if you're in the mood for something different, there are also local cafes right next door where you can have a unique dining experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge and dining area. The breakfast spread is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and always ready to fulfill your requests.

One downside is that the sun beds at the pool could be more colorful and they tend to look dirty.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was absolutely incredible. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything I needed nearby. The beach was beautiful and clean, and there were plenty of sun lounges available. The hotel grounds were stunning, with ponds, ducks, and lilies that took my breath away. The room I stayed in, the Regency suite, was spacious and comfortable, with a huge terrace. The hotel staff, especially the manager Sinta, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. The food at the hotel's restaurants was amazing, fresh, and delicious. I particularly want to mention the waiter Anom for his exceptional service. I had the most beautiful and unforgettable memories at the Hyatt Regency.

While my stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The terrace of my room wasn't covered, making it unusable during rainy or hot days, and there was no light on the terrace at night.

Had a memorable stay at a magical resort with a warm and welcoming staff. Appreciated the extra mile the staff went to make our stay special. Loved the beautiful ocean view room and delicious food. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, although the beach was not ideal for swimming. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were unbelievably friendly and kind. the location was fantastic, with stunning beachfront views. the facilities, including multiple pools and a great selection of restaurants, were excellent and offered a variety of options for guests.

That guests reserved sun loungers early in the morning, even though there were signs asking them not to do so. This made it difficult to find a spot by the pool.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bali. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed basking in the sun at the beautiful beach and pool, while savoring delicious cocktails during happy hours. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a nice interior. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended!
