I encountered a serious issue with the level of service regarding the late check-out policy. Additionally, the scant washing machines available were insufficient for the number of guests, creating a frustrating situation. Breakfast options closing early was another inconvenience that hindered my experience.

I appreciated the spacious bathroom and clean, cozy room design—perfect for two suitcases and my comfort. Plus, I loved being just a short walk from the nearby subway stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo's vibrant neighborhoods.

had a great time at the blossom hibiya! the location is super convenient, like just a short walk to shimbashi station, which was a big help. staff were really friendly and nice, always ready to help out. i loved how clean the hotel was and the comfy rooms made relaxing easy after a long day. breakfast was pretty good too, i liked the variety they offered.

but the room smelled a bit weird like sweat, and there wasn't much space for our luggage, which was a bummer.

I stayed for three nights on the 27th floor with stunning views at sunset. The room was large enough to be comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. I really liked the restaurant, where I had a good breakfast. The area had many nearby restaurants. However, the elevator to the lobby had an unpleasant smell, and some laundry machines didn't work well. Being Italian, I appreciate cleanliness, and this hotel had some room for improvement in that regard.
