The location of the resort was beautiful, surrounded by nature, and far away from any noise or traffic. the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and warm, and made us feel at home. the food was amazing, with a delicious range of Balinese dishes to choose from. We also loved the stunning waterfall located right at the property - it was definitely a unique and unforgettable feature.

The room we were given was not the one we had booked online, and there was no mention of this on the hotel's website. there was a noticeable presence of chicken cages on the property, which did detract from the overall beauty of the resort.
