We had an incredible stay at Palazzo Calo Aparthotel. the combination of 16th-century charm with contemporary Italian design was truly impressive. Our studio exceeded our expectations, with spacious and high-ceilinged interiors that felt like a real palazzo. the location was perfect, nestled in the quiet streets of the old city but just a short stroll away from the main shopping streets, restaurants, and bars. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the breathtaking views of the old city.

The room was beautifully designed and had a quirky charm. the use of space was impressive, with a mezzanine-style bed and large windows with a Juliet balcony. the kitchenette was well appointed, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

It was quite difficult to find a parking space nearby, but I had been warned about this beforehand and was prepared to spend some time driving around to find one. the couch in the room looked worn out, which was a bit disappointing.

The historical buildings that surrounded the hotel added to its charm and character. I loved being just a minute's walk away from the bustling shopping area in the new town. The train station was also conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby picturesque towns like Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The receptionists at the hotel were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the receptionist from Montenegro, who had a great sense of humor and was always ready to answer any question. The apartment, service, and food were all top-notch. If you're looking for a typical Bari dining experience, I highly recommend checking out La Uascezze restaurant.
