During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cool hangout area at the hotel. With hammocks, sofas, and plenty of books, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the complimentary juice at check-in was a nice touch. It made me feel welcomed and refreshed after a long journey.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like about my stay. the cleanliness of the private room was subpar.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with air conditioning and fans to keep cool. The ensuite bathroom had a powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with organizing transportation services. the location was perfect, with a nearby walkway to a beautiful and secluded beach, as well as being just a few minutes away from the main beachfront and restaurants.

There was some noise disturbance from a nearby karaoke bar, which could be bothersome, particularly in the evenings. The room itself was not very soundproof, making it easy to hear conversations from the adjacent lounge area.

Clean property conveniently located near the harbour for Gili fast boats. Helpful staff who offered recommendations for nearby beaches and places to eat. Friendly owner who provided a welcoming atmosphere. Free WiFi and a delicious breakfast included. Option to book boat tickets directly through the property, saving money compared to other travel places.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful, giving us great advice about beaches, restaurants, and transportation. The location was perfect, close to the harbor and other attractions in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the toilet being spotless and smelling fresh. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The staff at Bamboo Paradise were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated their assistance during our stay. The breakfast options were delicious, offering a nice change from the usual pancake or nasi/mie goreng. The cozy room had a comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, and good air conditioning. The location was convenient for us as we were heading to Padang Bai Harbour the next morning. it was a great place to stay before our transfer and close to a beautiful white beach.

The location was perfect, close to the center and the beach, yet still peaceful at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests, providing helpful information about the area and even recommending great places to eat and snorkel. The homemade bread served during breakfast was a delicious touch. The hotel's courtyard provided a relaxing atmosphere, and overall, it was a great place to stay.

the room at this cozy establishment was comfortable and had a strong shower with excellent water pressure. the staff were extremely nice and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the breakfast menu had a good variety, with delicious options like jaffle and fried bananas. It was a refreshing change from the typical breakfast choices at other places. I had a great time and wish the resort success in completing their construction and satisfying future customers.

The first room we were assigned had some issues, including stickiness due to the rainy season and an open roof over the shower which caused a strong vinegar smell. However, after requesting a room change for an updated price, we were able to move to a larger room where everything was perfect.
