During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location near the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The friendly and accommodating staff were a highlight, with excellent service provided throughout my stay. The daily breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of items offered that changed every day, making each meal a new experience. the clean and spacious rooms were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

While there were some minor miscommunications during my stay, they were promptly resolved by the helpful staff. The only other downside was the industrial views from some of the rooms, which may be less appealing to guests who are seeking a tropical ambiance.

The hotel staff at Marriott Harbour Bay was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated how Daniel went above and beyond during breakfast, ensuring that all guests had a wonderful dining experience.

There could be more happening at the pool bar and the gym could be larger.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue. The service provided by the staff is exceptional and they make you feel important and well-cared for. The Spa centre is wonderful and offers a range of treatments to help you unwind and relax. The swimming pool is well-maintained and boasts an infinity pool and sun loungers for guests to enjoy. The Restaurant serves a delicious in-room breakfast, and there is also a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. The place and its rooms are equipped with exclusive amenities that guarantee you a comfortable stay.

There is only one minor issue to mention - the TV doesn't have screen mirroring. Other than that, there are no negatives to report.
