During my new year's stay, I had a pleasant experience with the amenities provided. the hotel offered comfortable beds and provided great service. the location was strategic, which made it easier for me to go around and explore the surrounding area. One of the best aspects of my stay was the variety of entertainment options that were available.

The laundry service lost our bag, and they could not locate it. the staff's response to our problem was not satisfactory.

I had a nifty and comfortable check-in experience at this hotel. The valet team was incredibly kind and helpful in parking our car, considering the limited space in the parking lot. My room, number 307, was a delight to stay in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean, except for a slight issue with the shower drain. The room itself was clean and surprisingly spacious, which was perfect for my two kids. Plus, the location of the hotel is strategic as it is close to a mall and the river, making it convenient to visit the floating market.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Our stay at Best Western Kindai was delightful. The check-in process was efficient and the valet team was helpful in parking our car. Our room, 307, was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the mall and the river for easy access to the Floating Market. As an unexpected surprise, the hotel even acknowledged my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.
