I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in Bali. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was just outside of the busy centre, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility while still being close enough to explore. The staff were amazing, from the friendly housekeeping personnel to the attentive managers. They provided top-notch service and made sure I had a memorable experience. The amenities were impressive, with a beautiful swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre, and a well-equipped fitness centre. Everything was designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The property itself was stunning, with beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool area. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush forests and just a short walk from the center of town. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, offering a variety of Western and Asian options.

Although the staff was generally friendly, they could have been more helpful in providing information about transportation and the hotel's amenities. The shuttle service into town could also be more frequent, and it would be better if they were more transparent about the package inclusions to avoid confusion and disappointment.

best western premier in ubud exceeded my expectations. lovely hotel with clean rooms, great pools, and welcoming staff. shuttle to town was seamless and a short stroll away. breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
