The hotel is located a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is conveniently close to Botani Square Mall and the Damri bus terminal. The rooms are nice and clean, equipped with a sink and a kitchen hood fan in the apartment levels. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing extensive assistance and information to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The pool is located right in front of the restaurant patio, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more peaceful swimming experience.

The view from our 20th-floor room at Bigland Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We also enjoyed the delicious food offers during the weekend. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Botani Square Mall and the botanical garden.

The room we stayed in had a bad smell due to being a smoking room. com.

The hotel had clean and well-maintained rooms that were comfortable to stay in during my business trip. the hotel was conveniently located near popular shopping destinations and attractions, which made it easy for me to get around.

the restaurant and pool area were too close together, which resulted in a lack of privacy while swimming. the rooftop restaurant was small and could not accommodate all the guests, which made it uncomfortable during busy periods.

The services provided exceeded our expectations, comparable to those of a 5-star hotel in the west. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with the front desk team, Ranti, Rizwan, Andik. They provided us with helpful information about the area, ensuring our first visit to this place was memorable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, an ironing facility, mini-bar. The hotel also offered various facilities like a dining restaurant, a swimming pool, and a garden area, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
