I had the most amazing time at this resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The resort itself was like paradise, with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. I loved waking up to the excellent views from my balcony. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the hot and cold jacuzzi pools available for public use. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The location of water sports and activities to do at a cost was perfect, as there were great snorkeling trips to their private kelong. this resort was a great value for money and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Our stay at Bintan Spa Villa Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. The resort offers a wide range of activities such as Kelong visits, mangrove tours, and water sports. The food at the resort was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was always helpful and cheerful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a great getaway with friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at a resort with a calm and serendipitous ambiance. They provided complimentary pick-up and drop to the ferry terminal, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. The location of the resort is great, as it is situated near the beach at low tide around the other north side of the bay. There is also a cute little 'island' that you can walk to during low tide, providing a unique experience. Additionally, there is an amazing seafood open-air restaurant right next to the resort, offering delicious meals with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. We loved the rooms on the second floor with verandas and jacuzzi baths overlooking the sea. It was so relaxing to have a private jacuzzi that faced the sea. Moreover, the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
