the staff at Bumi Surabaya City Resort were incredibly warm and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast spread that was served every morning. It truly felt like a resort experience, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. the location was also convenient, being close to Tunjungan Plaza and other shops. I would highly recommend this place, especially for a honeymoon getaway. the owner of the homestay was also very helpful, arranging reliable transportation and accommodating our requests. it was a calm and comfortable experience.

Excellent front desk service, especially from Ms Mega, who remembered my birthday and surprised me with a cake. Staff greets with smiles, patient with language barrier. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful garden, quiet surroundings. Extensive breakfast options. Conveniently close to mall and interesting buildings nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The restaurant, Cascade, had delicious food that catered to our vegetarian diet and food allergies. The gym facilities were top-notch with a great variety of machines. The beautiful grounds made us forget we were in a busy city, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. The staff by the pool were kind and helpful, ensuring our time there was enjoyable. As a family with two small kids, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room was nicely decorated with a beautiful bathroom and hot & cold water worked well. the garden was lovely to walk around and the breakfast had delicious choices. the hotel staff provided instrumental music in the evening which was very nice.

This hotel is a true gem in the bustling city. the garden area is well-kept and simply luxurious. the private facilities in the room were a real advantage and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service was impeccable. the location advantages made access to the city very easy.

I had a minor issue with the outdoor swimming pool that was not properly heated. the service-oriented staff were immediately on top of it, ensuring I had a great experience.
