The value for money at Dream Village Hotel And Suites was excellent, with spacious rooms and even a jacuzzi in the suite. The location was great, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and a convenience store. Room was spacious and had a good view from the balcony. Breakfast was included and offered a decent variety of options.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly, and there were some stains and dust. The noise from other guests and staff in the corridor was disturbing during the night.

Located in the foyer across from reception and the main dining area, the hotel offers a convenient location. The rooftop pool and view provide a great place to relax. The rooms are comfortable, with a cozy bed and adequate air conditioning.

The rented scooter from the hotel turned out to be a hassle, with a broken key/lock leaving us stranded at the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the beach. The foyer across from reception and the main dining area, which is opposite the warung, were clean and well-maintained. The room was big and clean, with a well-kept bathroom. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The rooftop pool provided a beautiful view of Canggu.

The hotel staff were unhelpful and dishonest, refusing to change our dirty room and trying to charge us extra for a missing item.
