One improvement could be ensuring the accuracy of room descriptions and amenities advertised to avoid any misunderstandings.

I had a fantastic stay at Santa Rio in Istanbul. the staff, especially Mr Borhan and Mr Ali, were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. the rooms were spotlessly clean and had a fresh, modern feel. I want to give a special thanks to the owner, Mr Baran, for his great hospitality. I will definitely choose Santa Rio again when I visit Istanbul. the location is also great, just a short walk to Taksim Square.
