The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food. the private pool in the villa was a great feature, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. the staff were friendly and helpful. the villa itself was beautifully decorated and clean. Despite not being located directly on the beach, it was still convenient to get around with the available bikes and the key location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The lack of a TV in the bedroom was a bit disappointing. Although the location was convenient with bikes, it could be inconvenient when arriving with luggage as horse carts were expensive.

I recently stayed at a wonderful villa in Gili Trawangan for a few nights. The hosts, Yaku and Tony, were incredibly welcoming and took care of all our needs, from arranging bikes and horses to doing our laundry. The villa itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was also convenient, close to the beach but away from the busy port area. The attention to detail and exceptional service at this hotel really stood out. Highly recommended.

my recent stay at a villa in gili trawangan was amazing, but cantika villa took it to another level. their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, and they went above and beyond in providing helpful information for exploring the island. the property itself was stunning and the staff took great care of me when I had an injury. can't wait to go back!

lighting could be better

The staff were exceptional - personal, communicative, and with great humor. Jenny, the host, was delightful and made amazing coffee. The private pool villa was a nice touch, especially on warm nights. The clever design made the place feel more spacious. It was a great oasis away from the noise but still close to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with our room being cleaned daily and the pool kept sparkling clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the refreshing pool and the comfortable sitting area outside. The location was also ideal, being close to the Main Street of this city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions.
