I was amazed by the breathtaking design and luxurious ambiance of Hotel Ciputra. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, and the shower was well-equipped with toiletries. Being connected to a shopping mall was so convenient, and the breakfast spread offered a great variety of delicious local and continental dishes. The staff always greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel for an exceptional stay.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Complimentary welcome drinks and cookies were a nice touch. the hotel’s convenient location made it easy to go to nearby malls and restaurants. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options to choose from.

The elevators were a bit slow and sometimes crowded, which caused some inconvenience during peak hours. the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but they did provide extra pillows upon request.

Additionally, the integrated shopping mall offers a wide range of shops and entertainment options, making it convenient for guests to enjoy shopping and leisure activities. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The staff is not very organized when it comes to checking guests in.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international food that was really nice. We also loved the swimming pool with its beautiful view of Surabaya city lights at night. The staffs were friendly and helpful, offering extra services to make us more comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and attached to a shopping mall, providing easy access for shopping.

The only minor issue was the location which is a bit far from some attractions. this venue was a great experience with its luxurious amenities, courteous staff, and delicious meals.

The morning meal could be improved with better coffee.
