During our stay at Citadines, we were delighted to discover the strategic location, which offered breathtaking views of the city. The convenience of being within walking distance to many landmarks in Kuningan was a definite plus. Additionally, we greatly enjoyed the refreshing and well-maintained pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Convenient location next to MMC Hospital and Plaza Festival. Aircon, cleanliness, microwave, and dishwashing area are working well. Room amenities are complete. Good for leisure or business travel.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious and clean room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking city view. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the CBD made it easy to explore the city center. The friendly staff were always available to assist and provide excellent service. The breakfast, although limited in variety, was still satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel had a well-stocked grocery store and useful amenities like a washing machine and microwave.

The reception area could use some renovation and the AC was quite noisy.

The room at Citadines was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed for a great night's sleep. The pool was a standout, and we often had it all to ourselves. Great value for what you get.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Jakarta for a few nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast restaurant had a lovely ambiance with fitting jazz and swing music. The view from the hotel was stunning, especially if you request a high-level room with an epicenter view. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a variety of options available. The hotel also had a great pool and sauna area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

We loved this place! The location was amazing, very close to a big mall and the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with room service or laundry needs. The room amenities were excellent, providing a comfortable sitting area and dining table, as well as free Wi-Fi. Plus, the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were a great leisure option.

We highly recommend this hotel to friends.
