The location of the hotel was great, being centrally located and close to various attractions. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. - I appreciated the helpful staff, from the reception to housekeeping, who were always ready to assist.

It took a long time for my order to be taken and the food to be served. Some amenities, such as the TV, were not working properly and it took a while for the issue to be resolved.

The seating options in the hotel were plentiful and comfortable, catering to various preferences and offering different corners for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me in a unique situation. Additionally, the heated pool outside provided a wonderful swimming experience, reminiscent of a warm bath.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary dessert and champagne offered in our room as a welcome treat. the location was perfect, close to various attractions and restaurants. we appreciated the well-maintained and clean facilities.

The room service was slow and the cleaning staff missed some areas during daily cleanings. It was also difficult to communicate with some staff members who didn't speak our language.

We recently stayed at Garden Court in Umhlanga and were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. The free and safe parking was a bonus, and the hotel's proximity to the Gateway Shopping Mall made dining options convenient. The location was great for visiting family and friends, and the 50% senior discount was much appreciated. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

My recent stay was exceptional. This hotel provides the best of both worlds; the peace of being in a business center which offers a welcome private space for me as a student who had to work on my holiday, yet so close to shops and Gateway Shopping center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the rooms were always clean and fresh. The breakfast had a good variety, and their service was consistent.

The absence of a balcony was a bit of a letdown.

I loved my stay at this hotel! it is incredibly close to the beach, making it easy to take morning walks or just relax by the ocean. Secondly, the business center was a great addition, providing me with a quiet space to get some work done while on vacation. And thirdly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide array of options to choose from. Oh, and did I mention the comfortable beds and sea view?

All was great during my stay at this hotel.
