the spacious room, clean facilities, and helpful staff made up for it. the internal water filtration system and stylish restaurant were highlights for me.

we had a wonderful stay at Citadines. the unit was spacious and easily accessible from Room to Toilet to Living room to Kitchenette, perfect for personal shoppers needing to store big items. the staff, especially Chevas, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. the hotel was brand new, clean, and the friendly team, including Mr Rendi and others, provided great hospitality.

Room was comfy. Staff fixed squeaky bed—thankful! Gym good; kept me from flab. Pool so nice; felt like a fish swimmin'. Views—eh, mostly Tokopedia, but no biggie. Noise probs, but c'est la vie. Overall? Solid stay, even if access card dance was a bit tiring. Oh, and thank goodness for that trusty water dispenser! Man, it's the little things, right?

The apartments were spacious, super clean, and had all the chill vibes. Shoutout to Rendi and Zhafira for the A+ service when we needed it. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud after hitting up the wild party scene at HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY.

Could use a bomb rooftop bar for us night owls to kick back and keep the good times rollin'.

I always return for holidays here. Staff kindly retrieved forgotten documents once. Free Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception/security, restaurant, airport shuttle. Rooms have TV, lift, dryer, cots, AC. No smoking allowed. Ideal for all my needs.
