the courtyard by marriott was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and my deluxe king room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. the staff was super friendly, and i especially loved the iced caramel latte at breakfast. the three-tiered pool was a highlight too.

My mornings began with great coffee and a diverse breakfast spread, from gluten-free options to fresh juices. The staff were genuinely friendly, making every moment enjoyable, especially the welcoming treats in my room.

Request a welcome drink upon check-in. it's a refreshing touch after your journey. Don't miss the delicious iced lattes during breakfast, truly a standout.

busy at times since it's popular with families. The swim-up bar is a nice touch, and I enjoyed the beanbag seating in the water. While it was refreshing, the location a bit further from the beach made things feel congested at peak hours.

The kids loved the Kids' Club, packed with creative Balinese activities. The pool area was a hit, offering plenty of space for them to splash around. The resort is close to beach clubs and delicious dining options, making it perfect for family outings.

My wife says that a wider variety in the room service menu would benefit families with kids.

I had the absolute, worst experience here. The pool is unbelievably small, and the service around it? A complete joke with 40-minute waits for drinks! To top it off, the rattling noise in my room was simply laughable. I woudl ve been thrilled with a welcome gift but I guess I’m just a regular guest after all. So disappointing!

Loved the morning yoga sessions and the refreshing beach shuttles! The hotel bingo and Balinese detox massage were highlights.

It's just a stone's throw from the best boutiques and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the delicious food at the restaurant. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was fresh each morning.

One of my friends had a rough experience with a facial at the spa. It wasn't relaxing, and she felt the treatment wasn't worth the price. They do have several good day spas around, though, if you're looking for alternatives.

I had a surprisingly nice interaction at the spa! the treatment felt worth every penny, like I was floating on air! the atmosphere was just blissful, very calming. plus, the food in the dining area? delightful variety, even for a picky eater like me. I remember trying some local specialties and they hit the spot.
