Perfect location by the water, pool and sunbeds for relaxing. Friendly staff, shuttle into town available. Manager Annie is superb. Beautiful and quiet setting, lovely gardens. Dogs on the property are calm and friendly. Variety of breakfast items.

We had an amazing time at Crystal Beach Bali! The outdoor area was fabulous, with plenty of seating options, sunbathing spots, and a beautiful swimming pool. We loved that there was direct access to a snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel. The free shuttle service to town made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff, especially Annie, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the location is perfect for those who want a peaceful and serene getaway. Situated directly at the waterfront, the hotel offers breathtaking views from the rooms with lovely balconies. The attention to detail in the rooms, with a curtain separating the kitchen, was impressive. I also loved the fact that breakfast was included and had many options to choose from. It felt like great value for money.

I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about.

Crystal Beach Bali in Candi Dasa is a hidden gem! Annie, the receptionist, is an absolute superstar with excellent English and a wonderful attitude. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. The hotel offers airport and harbor pick-up services. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is delicious and included in the stay. Renting a scooter is a great way to explore the area without any worries.

This ocean getaway was perfect for a weekend escape. the location was a bit remote but offered great local Warungs and a cook on-site, making it easy to enjoy some tasty meals. the raised lounging cabanas were a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the sun with a stunning ocean view. the buffet breakfast offered good value for money.

The lack of Wi-Fi throughout the property was a downside. Another negative aspect was the absence of hot water, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

The location of this hotel right on the water in Candidasa is perfect. The pool and sunbeds by the water are exactly what I needed for some long days of relaxing. There is a shuttle that goes into town and brings you back. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything you need.

The resort was cute and the dorm room I stayed in was clean and comfy. the breakfast included in the stay was generous and the staff, especially Annie, were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the nice hot showers and the beautiful landscaping of the resort.

There were a couple of things I didn't like about the resort. it was quite isolated and not near anything else, so it felt a bit secluded.
