the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a lovely pool that was not too crowded. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. the hotel's location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. i particularly appreciated the complimentary daily water, beach towels, and the presence of attentive staff whenever needed.

One thing that could be improved is the bathroom ventilation, as it led to mold and humidity issues during our stay. having a mini fridge in the room would have been beneficial for storing drinks and snacks.

Noisy renovations, dirty bathrooms, and what's with the stained bedsheets? the staff? Well, let's just say we had some language barriers. On the bright side, I did enjoy the room size and the fact that I didn't have to shout to be heard over the renovations.

I got to enjoy lovely garden views from the terrace. the 24-hour front desk was handy for my late-night cravings. Free WiFi? Yes, please!

Spent my new year in this superb hotel and it was a great choice! the rooms were spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and hot showers that provided relief from the heat. the key location of the hotel allowed us to easily access different Mini marts, coffee shops, warungs, and laundries. the large clean pool with sunbeds and the communal kitchen and dining facilities was one of my favorite spot in the hotel.

The lack of reception team to answer questions and provide assistance on the area and the need of a second comfortable chair on the balcony. It would have been great to have an additional comfy spot to relax in the balcony area.
