I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the Dewi Sri Hotel is in a great location and offers excellent value for money. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me when I hurt my foot. the rooms were spacious and the pool was beautiful. I also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and friendly staff. The pool was great, with comfortable sun lounges. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options cooked fresh every morning. The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to the beach, Kuta, and nearby restaurants.

The convenient location of the hotel made it easy to access key areas of the city. the exterior of the hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. the superior rooms around the pool were my favorite, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. the towels and bed linen had stains and marks, and sometimes towels were not changed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Kuta. The location was perfect - close to all the action but secluded enough not to be bothered by the noise in the alley. It was also just a short walk from the beach and close to everything I needed to do. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with the rooms being cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful pool with a swim-up bar. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Had the best Christmas experience! Perfectly located near the beach and shops. Room was comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Loved the fresh fruit and pastries offered daily. the pool was a great escape from the heat, and the pool bar had amazing drinks. It was so nice to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

The shower had weak water pressure, and the hot water was not consistent. However, these minor issues were easily overlooked thanks to all of the great experiences the hotel had to offer during this festive season!

I recently stayed at Dewi Sri for a week with my family and had a fantastic experience. The hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed, including an extra bed for our son. The pool was amazing, with a great mix of shallow and deep areas for both kids and adults. The pool bar was a nice touch, and the staff were always accommodating, providing fresh towels and extras when needed. Despite being located down a lane, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and see why it's so popular!

This hotel is located right in the center of all the action, with top-rated places and popular clubs just a street away. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are decent. The rooms, although our reservation didn't have a double bed, were still upgraded and had good TV channels. The breakfast included a wide selection of choices, providing something for everyone.

The showers could use improvement.
