I had a blast chilling in the outdoor pool with a valley view, and the hot tub in my room was a total game-changer. Plus, I treated myself to a massage at the onsite spa. Ah, the good life.

Oh, and let's not forget about the beautiful natural beauty of the area - really, who wants to see things like Ubud Monkey Forest or Tegenungan Waterfall when you can stay inside the hotel all day? Such a shame.

The breakfast was delicious, they had a great variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave us suggestions on what to do in the area. the view from the swimming pool was breathtaking, we enjoyed spending time there.

The room was not properly cleaned, we found some dirt and dust in different areas, and the bathroom needed a deeper cleaning. the air conditioning was not working properly and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat.
