As young people, we loved the unique and luxurious amenities at the Hotel An&Spa. The bed was comfy, the lighting was cool, and the bath and shower were absolutely wonderful. The room had a dry sauna, jacuzzi bath, and even a second TV above the tub. The staff provided exceptional service, from holding our luggage to stocking our rooms with free snacks, sake, and Kit Kats. We also enjoyed the free adult movies and the fun lighting effects in the spa. this hotel provided a fantastic experience for us as young travelers.

The size of the room. It was smaller than what we were led to believe by the photos, and with all the furniture, it felt cramped at times.

the stay at an shinjuku kabukicho was absolutely amazing, exceeding my previous experience in tokyo. the room was luxurious with epic amenities like a spa shower and jacuzzi bath. the staff went above and beyond, providing little extras like sake and tailored toiletries for two women. a truly awesome and accessible experience.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinjuku station and offers a variety of amenities such as a big screen TV, karaoke, and a mouse and keyboard for your laptop. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom stocked with complimentary bath products. The hotel even went above and beyond by allowing us to have a package delivered to their address and arranging for payment upon arrival. the customer-oriented service and attention to detail were outstanding.
