As young people, we loved the unique and luxurious amenities at the Hotel An&Spa. The bed was comfy, the lighting was cool, and the bath and shower were absolutely wonderful. The room had a dry sauna, jacuzzi bath, and even a second TV above the tub. The staff provided exceptional service, from holding our luggage to stocking our rooms with free snacks, sake, and Kit Kats. We also enjoyed the free adult movies and the fun lighting effects in the spa. this hotel provided a fantastic experience for us as young travelers.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was fantastisch. De locatie was perfect, want het was heel dichtbij het strand en er was ook een parkeerplaats in een nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Dit was een groot voordeel, vooral omdat het hotel midden in de stad lag. Alles was brandschoon en tiptop in orde. Het hotel had ook goede faciliteiten en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er was een goede variëteit aan keuzes. Ik was ook erg tevreden over het vervoer hier, omdat er genoeg mogelijkheden waren om zich te verplaatsen in deze stad.

The size of the room. It was smaller than what we were led to believe by the photos, and with all the furniture, it felt cramped at times.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinjuku station and offers a variety of amenities such as a big screen TV, karaoke, and a mouse and keyboard for your laptop. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom stocked with complimentary bath products. The hotel even went above and beyond by allowing us to have a package delivered to their address and arranging for payment upon arrival. the customer-oriented service and attention to detail were outstanding.
