The location of the hotel is a bit far from shops, restaurants, and the beach, but they have a cheap Grab service that can take you anywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and additional blankets upon request. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk executive who assisted in getting the breakfast box ready. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, including a live noodles counter where they cater to your preferences. The hotel also provides a huge water can that is refilled on time.

The shower/bathroom design and quality of workmanship could be improved, as the bathroom floor always gets wet after a "careful" shower.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, and the hot latte was the best I've ever had. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay.
