The location of the hotel is a bit far from shops, restaurants, and the beach, but they have a cheap Grab service that can take you anywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and additional blankets upon request. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk executive who assisted in getting the breakfast box ready. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, including a live noodles counter where they cater to your preferences. The hotel also provides a huge water can that is refilled on time.

The shower/bathroom design and quality of workmanship could be improved, as the bathroom floor always gets wet after a "careful" shower.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, providing me with the utmost comfort. The bed and sofa were so comfortable, and I even received additional blankets when I requested them. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, especially Ms. Ari at the front desk who assisted me with getting a breakfast box ready. The restaurant had a live noodles counter, where the chef was very helpful and prepared the noodles exactly as I wanted. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, and the hot latte was the best I've ever had. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay.

The gym facilities were impressive, with new equipment and variety. The breakfast offered a good selection of fresh local food, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was a great spot for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and key landmarks within walking distance.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not great and it was easy to hear other guests and noise from outside. The restaurant on site was not up to standard, and unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning during our stay.
