During our stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near the city center, just a short walk away from the Osmanbey metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. We appreciated the close proximity to various shops and amenities, which made it convenient for us to find everything we needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also quite spacious and had all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast served in the room was basic but satisfactory, and the staff at breakfast were very helpful.

We did notice some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. Though not terrible, it could be improved to provide a more pleasant stay for guests.

The receptionists at this hotel are exceptional, providing sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service. They are always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are impeccably clean and the shower equipment is top-notch. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a small supermarket and a delicious baklava shop nearby. There is also a taxi stop right in front of the hotel entrance. the price and quality at this hotel are excellent.

The area can be quite noisy and it took a while to get used to the chaotic traffic. Plus, the language barrier was sometimes an issue.
