The staff are fantastic, caring, and lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The beautiful large pool and smaller semi-private pools are a highlight. The gardens and water features are stunning. The accommodation is lovely, with spacious and luxurious rooms. The shoulder massage upon arrival is a nice touch. The staff at the pool are competent, professional, and always ready to assist guests. The hotel supports BAWA and local dogs, which is commendable. The swimming pool is wonderful and the beach dogs are welcome.

The spacious rooms, like the pool villa, provide a comfortable stay and the acoustic music during happy hour creates a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast at the restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, and the service in the restaurant is excellent. The kids club offers fantastic activities and the spa is a great place to unwind.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we knew we were in for a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the stunning garden area, and the high-end Spa & wellness centre, exceeded our expectations. The sun terrace with sun loungers was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to the beach, and many beachfront bars and grills within walking distance.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the library was quite small. However, this wasn't a major problem for us because we were busy enjoying our time at the hotel's other amenities.
