The staff are fantastic, caring, and lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The beautiful large pool and smaller semi-private pools are a highlight. The gardens and water features are stunning. The accommodation is lovely, with spacious and luxurious rooms. The shoulder massage upon arrival is a nice touch. The staff at the pool are competent, professional, and always ready to assist guests. The hotel supports BAWA and local dogs, which is commendable. The swimming pool is wonderful and the beach dogs are welcome.

Felt like family, no reason to complain.

Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding and a great pool with sea view. the breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh, healthy options along with Western and Asian items. the staff is friendly and attentive to details.

Room feels a little dated with dull lighting, and air conditioning thermostat problems. the water temperature in the shower is lukewarm at best.

Located just a short distance from Pier 8, Fairmont is situated in an ideal location for beach lovers. Guests can relax on the sun loungers on the beach and enjoy the gentle sea breeze. The spacious rooms, like the pool villa, provide a comfortable stay and the acoustic music during happy hour creates a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast at the restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, and the service in the restaurant is excellent. The kids club offers fantastic activities and the spa is a great place to unwind.

Some maintenance issues need to be addressed for a more enjoyable stay.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we knew we were in for a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the stunning garden area, and the high, end Spa & wellness centre, exceeded our expectations. the sun terrace with sun loungers was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

this wasn't a major problem for us because we were busy enjoying our time at the hotel's other amenities.
