Staff attention and personality: the staff at the bungalow were as friendly as a group of puppies, always ready to help and make me feel at home. Their warm welcome and genuine care made me feel like I was staying with old friends rather than at a hotel.

Roof needs acoustic isolation.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond to any requests and even arranged activities for us. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and a lovely balcony to relax on. the location was convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a few minor issues with the room, such as a sticky floor and a slightly outdated toilet bowl cover. the air conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool during the hottest part of the day.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! the staff, especially Zakki and Zee, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, even recommending great places to explore. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious vegan meal they prepared for us. the bunnies in the garden added a charming touch to the peaceful and easily accessible location near the quieter beaches. the spacious bungalow featured a comfortable bed, a lovely outdoor seating area, and excellent housekeeping service.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were some minor details that could be improved. It would be beneficial for the hotel team to pay more attention to bathroom maintenance.

Charming bungalow with outside bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Away from touristy area, but still accessible. Good variety of nearby restaurants. Delicious breakfast served daily. Adorable rabbits roaming around.
